The licensing change itself has nothing to do with Mr Arslan's continued development of the source-code. Now he can be sure people won't legally be able to remove his name/the 'powered by' tag (linking to the original site for clip-bucket development) and at the same time remain open source. I like it :) I'm really, really positive about this software and have been working on it a lot. If anyone is having problems with encoding on linux hosts i have a bunch of patches that'll make it work (i think, for most people) out of the box without making the changes/adding missing db-entry/config-fluff for encoding-codec to each update, in turn it wouldn't work on windows - ... - 'nuff said :). I haven't posted about it yet, because that section of the code looks like it's just not completed (as in: Mr Arslan probably didn't get to it just yet - uncommenting stuff makes features work that otherwise didn't and such).
